Returns and Credits
All returns are subject to approval by Galleria Di Vetro/Galleria Glass and Gifts. Galleria Di Vetro/Galleria Glass and Gifts is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to normal wear and tear or shipping. Galleria Di Vetro/Galleria Glass and Gifts only accepts returns if the said merchandise has manufacturing defects, if they are of unsatisfactory quality or if they were erroneously sent to a customer. Determination of manufacturing defect is the sole discretion of the studio.
All returns must be received within 10 days with a copy of the original invoice.
No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must obtain a RA# within 48hrs of receipt of merchandise. To obtain a RA#, please call 386-957-3909. Please have invoice and or receipt accessible for faster processing.
Once you receive a RA#, please send packages insured with tracking. All return packages must have the RA# clearly marked on the shipping label. Items must be fully insured for loss replacement value. Loss claims on returned merchandise are not our responsibility.
Authorized returns are accepted for exchange only of identical item on original item ordered. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO CASH or Credit Card REFUNDS.
