All clients must make payment arrangements at the time an order is placed. Payments can be made by company check (with application), Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Paypal, Bank Wire, Money Order, Cashiers Check and or Cash. Due to the custom nature of the product absolutely no changes to items are permitted after 24hrs. Changes must be made in writing and sent directly to Galleria Di Vetro. Changes are also subject to a 25% labor and admin fee. Rush Fees are at the discretion of the studio for any item that is expected in less than 4-6 weeks.
All items are fully insured for replacement/repair value. Inspect each box carefully for noticeable damage. Please note and or photograph the entire box from each side along with label for reference. Keep all boxes and packaging materials in its entirety along with broken glass items for inspection and or surrender to the carrier. We can not be responsible for items shipped with a signature waiver for delivery. Claims must be made directly to the carrier within 48 hours. All damages must be reported in writing within 48hrs of delivery to Galleria Glass and Gifts.
All items are made to order unless otherwise specified in their description. Any and all glasswork items damaged in transit will be repaired once the item has been returned to Galleria Glass and gifts. Items are eligible for replacement only when they are determined to be irreparably damaged. The sole discretion is by the artist themselves. Please allow additional time for repair as the studio must schedule them on a first availabity basis. No refunds or credits will be given to broken items in shipping. Return labels for broken items are issued directly by the carrier. Galleria can assist in trying to facilitate a faster inspection and or return label however, once the item leaves our location we cannot be responsible for delays as it is beyond our control.
Repair and Restoration
Galleria Di Vetro/Galleria Glass and Gifts uses only the highest quality specially formulated Borosilicate Glass (commonly known as Pyrex). This type of glass unlike most all other glass can usually be restored to its original perfection at a reasonable rate. These repairs are seemless.
Unique Design and Creative Quality
Galleria Di Vetro strives for the highest degree of perfection. No seconds or odd pieces will ever be sold anywhere. Period. Each piece is unique in its design and creative quality. All pieces are handmade and one of a kind. No molds of any kind are used in the production of these items. No two pieces can and will be identical in size and or design. Shipping directly from Galleria Di Vetro/Galleria Glass and Gifts to your client is available on request timeline permitting. Please be advised that the nature of the handmade quality and artistic craftsmanship colors may display and or be created differently from pictures and/or sketches
Most sculptures, ornaments and jewelry can be shipped internationally. Please call for payment procedures. Western Union, Bank Transfer, Paypal and prepayment options are available.
Shipping and Handling Policy
Shipping charges are based on shipping method, weight, destination, the packing materials, labor and the value of the merchandise to be transported. All items shipped are fully insured and tracked from tender to delivery. Individual Carriers will update via email the transit location of the package. All packages must be signed for and inspected by a representative from your business or a designated third party. Drop shipments are available for a nominal fee depending on the size and value of the item.
Returns and Credits
All returns are subject to approval by Galleria Di Vetro/Galleria Glass and Gifts. Galleria Di Vetro/Galleria Glass and Gifts is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to normal wear and tear or shipping. Galleria Di Vetro/Galleria Glass and Gifts only accepts returns if the said merchandise has manufacturing defects, if they are of unsatisfactory quality or if they were erroneously sent to a customer. Determination of manufacturing defect is the sole discretion of the studio.
All returns must be received within 10 days with a copy of the original invoice.
No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must obtain a RA# within 48hrs of receipt of merchandise. To obtain a RA#, please call 386-957-3909. Please have invoice and or receipt accessible for faster processing.
Once you receive a RA#, please send packages insured with tracking. All return packages must have the RA# clearly marked on the shipping label. Items must be fully insured for loss replacement value. Loss claims on returned merchandise are not our responsibility.
Authorized returns are accepted for exchange only of identical item on original item ordered. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO CASH or Credit Card REFUNDS.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
In order to protect our clients, their business and the value of our product line and designs we must put the following policies into effect.
The use of Galleria Di Vetro/Galleria Glass and Gifts, or Glass by Kyle Carni or studio images on your own website, and any other online marketplace, is strictly prohibited. Including and limited to any auction sites like EBay and online marketplaces such as Buy.com. The images are copyrighted and are an exclusive property of Galleria Di Vetro/Galleria Glass and Gifts, Kyle Carni Designs, Fletcherino Enterprises. Please contact us for media kits that are available. Absolutely no photographs and video may be used of classes, studio, retail or or gallery items may be used without permission in writing.
Any unauthorized use of Galleria Di Vetro/Galleria Glass and Gifts images is a direct violation of, inter alia. 17 U.S.C. § 106. As a result, you are subject to all of the potential remedies provided by the Copyright Act, including injunctive relief, compensatory damages, statutory damages, and attorney’s fees.
Galleria Di Vetro may also take immediate action to file a Notice of Claimed Infringement with the violator’s ISP to remove the infringing copyrighted image (per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.)
We at Galleria Di Vetro/Galleria Glass and Gifts strive to offer only those product lines that are original and unique in design. We highly respect intellectual property rights of others and it is our policy not to infringe on those rights. Indeed, we ask our retailers to respect our copyright protections . We will not do business with any supplier and or retailer that we learn is offering merchandise that infringes on trademark or copyrights of others. It is our policy to scrutinize every item carefully before placing it in our product line. We create only the highest quality of products and hold ourselves to a high standard. We built our whole success on a formula of originality, uniqueness, and customer satisfaction. We will not turn our backs on these core principles. Therefore, in order for retailers to enjoy continued business with Galleria Di Vetro/Galleria Glass and Gifts. Failure to respect our copyrights in any way will sever business relations indefinitely.
